● A producer declines a project;
● A studio passes on a project;
● A distributor does not acquire a project;
● A streaming platform does not pursue an adaptation;
● An acquisition process does not result in an offer;
● A deal does not close;
● An expected commercial result does not occur.

Publishing and entertainment decisions are controlled by independent third parties.

The agency expressly states that it does not guarantee a publishing or film deal.

8. Representation Services

Where representation is governed by a separate agency or representation agreement, cancellation and termination rights will be governed primarily by that agreement.
